Dr. Robert Di Lorenzo, PhD, is the Staff Scientist for Food and Beverage at SCIEX, a global leader in the accurate and precise quantification of molecules. With BSc and MSc degrees in chemistry from the University of Toronto and a PhD in analytical chemistry from Memorial University, Robert has been developing methods to analyze many small and large molecules from PFAS to biopolymers in various environmental and food matrices for over a decade.
